Anytime is the perfect time to contact us for private villa reservations, but we recommend that members reach out as soon as travel dates are known. Once an email or text is received with a reservation request, our travel concierge service will compile a curated list of private villas from Jaclyn’s little black book that reflects the member’s personal preferences within 24 hours. After the villa is selected and confirmed via email or text, members can complete direct payment.
We only offer access to luxury accommodations that have been confirmed as available, and final reservations will be immediately verified directly with the villa upon selection. Our team assists members through the reservation process as soon as we receive a booking inquiry.
Payment depends on each individual villa’s policy. Most require that a reservation is paid in full at the time of booking. However, some will allow only the deposit to be paid at that time, with the balance due prior to the arrival date. Our travel concierge service team will provide all the information necessary to secure the reservation.
A reservation can be adjusted by contacting us 24/7. Oftentimes, a reservation may be modified or canceled without incurring additional fees; however, this depends on each individual villa’s policy. Sienna Charles will work directly with the villa to secure the best terms available to proceed with the changes.
Sienna Charles recognizes that plans may unexpectedly change at any moment, and we will work directly with the villa to facilitate a cancellation on our members’ behalf. While many villas allow reservations to be canceled up to 24 hours before the arrival date without incurring fees, some have different policies in place. We will negotiate the best terms possible to complete a cancellation.

But, in the event of an unforeseen situation, our travel concierge team is available 24/7 via email or text.
